That is not the 30-31 style cowl. It is a 1928-29 Model A Roadster. Both 1928 and 1929 bodies are identical, the difference being a lack of door handles on open bodied 1928 models. However, this being a hot rod, they were likely shaved off, and filled. The body is sitting on a 1932 Ford frame. |
