I'd say Sunbeam-Talbot 90. I can't remember if they ever rallied the Mk.III, and in any case I think this has the less elaborate side air intakes of the 90.

Not the 52 Moss car as door numbers not used until 54 rally. The 1955 event was won by a private Mk3, but had livery differences. Shiela Van Damm/Anne Hall/Francoise Clarke won the Ladies prize in a Mk3 PWK 604 registered late 54, #222 with a livery as here. And in 55 the Monaco stages were wet.
