There's also a GM van of the 1980's behind the Tempo(probably a Chevy), a shrunken Cadillac DeVille behind that, and possibly a Chevrolet Cavalier. |

that town car aint no 1981 its a 1985-1989 model because it has a different rear from the 81 |

I would narrow that to '85 to '87 based on what I can see of the taillamp panel, but yes it could possibly be '88 or '89 also. |
