Edgefield Ave & Ferndale Ave,Oak Cliff,Dallas,Texas. All of this you see,but the Fire Station,are false fronts on other buildings!! (Fire Station was actually a Muffler & Front End shop,still is today?)Building next to it is a false front,that was/is an old service station/garage. Past that is another Service Station,a two bay Shamrock back then? My Grandfather & Father (Myself,too,but not as well?)knew the family that owned it. (And later,myself and two others tried to buy it,but couldn't borrow the $$$$.....new buyer defaulted after making it a store,vacant several years now?) Trees are all Hollywood stage dressing,too? |
