1995-97 actually. Wheels are from an LX model. There's 3 different cars here as well.

Well actually, I suppose it could be either a base trim or an LX model. Either way, it's a civilian model and is a 1996-1997 since it doesn't have the name badge on the front side fenders in between the wheel well and the front door. If I could see the license plate more clearly, I could look up the specific year. The Crown Victoria seen in the first three thumbnails is a 1998 model, so I don't know if you'd want to give that one it's own page or not.

I'll have to double check my 1996 Crown Victoria Dealer Sales Brochure, but I'm pretty sure those wheels were only offered on LX models (standard models came with wheelcovers instead)

Yep, these '12-spoke aluminum wheels' are part of the "LX Preferred Equipment Package"

Preferred Equipment Packages usually include high-end options. They are bundled together into one package.
