In the main picture of the Lincoln from the front, you can see that there is no vertical bar in the grille. This is one of the changes in 1964. The Lincoln in the picture with blue Bentley, where the cars are seen from behind, That is clearly a 1963 Continental the filming of this movie started on november 1. 1963, and the new Lincoln Continentals was introduced on september 27, 1963. I would believe they used an older car for the chase scene, sparing the new one.
