But seriously; no idea, sorry. By the way, it must be a CLK (aka W 209), built from 2002 on in Bremen.

Isn't it a four-door sedan?

Due to the front I'd say no.

Right hand drive on its own isn't enough for "made for J", and we can't see if it is anyway. A lot of luxury foreign cars in Japan are LHD because it's regarded as having greater prestige.

@Gag Halfrunt: You're totally right. You know that my utterance was supposed to be only a joke. Of course I could not see where the steering-wheel is. A while ago, I read an article about reimporting cars from Japan. I first did not understand the writer's point, but than I learnt that indeed lots of German luxury cars imported to Japan have surprisingly LHD because of the greater prestige, exactly as you said. Still, I do not understand that kind of thinking.

Oh, one reason is also, that LHD-cars (except British developed) are in better quality than RHD-versions. I've heard that from a friend, who has worked for 31 years as a VW-prototype-engineer.
The cars were created and developed as LHD. For making the RHD-version, they don't begin a new construction, they are taking a ready prototype for rebuilding. So a RHD-car is always a provisional solution with several impractical and even some cobbled details.

One explanation I've read for LHD cars being a status symbol is that they're associated with having a chauffeur. If a car is LHD it's easier for the chauffeur to hop out and open the door. And the difficulty of driving an LHD car on the left hand side of the road is his problem, not yours. :)
