It´s most likely a W115 since only possible W114 with these bumpers was the 230.6 It can´t be a petrol 220 since that engine was discontinued at this point in favour of the 230.4 Pictures are rather unsharp so it´s hard to tell any details, but on the last thumb one can see the reflections of the badge. By the size of it, it seems to be only three digits which narrows down possible engines to only one, a plain 200 So it´s fairly safe to assume this is a 1974+ 200 [W115]
