A wire is strung across the road and this armored car goes by with the commander standing up (see thumbnail), and then we see a close up shot of a mannequin's head pop off.

It apperars to be the 'made for movie' SDKFZ 250 replica made for A Bridge Too far. Forums on the internet indicate this vehicle was used in the following films: "A Bridge Too Far", "Hanover Street" "Force 10 from Navarone" and "Highlander".
