Looks like any 1/2 ton Ford F-Series between 1973 and 1979. |

Interesting that this is supposed to be 1979 but the bike on the right looks to be a Harley with the Springer front end which didn't come available until 1988 and the bike on the left looks like one of the more modern Harley clones - maybe a Suzuki 800 - from Japan. |

Only if it was made between 1976 and 1979. Otherwise it's an F-100, which Ford stopped making in 1983. |
