The Express is a 1996-2002. The car on the left is either a 1992 Crown Victoria or an early 90's Thunderbird. I'm thinking more Crown Vic though. You're right about the minivan. |

In front of a airport, Crown Victoria is more probably than Thunderbird |

I'll give someone 50 Monopoly Dollars if they can name what that car is behind the Express. lol |

Ford Crown Victoria too (now can you say if it is right or not? ) |

The one turning is a thunderbird, and the one between the van and the advert is a crown vic but the other isnt |

Le capot est typique d'une Thunderbird. -- Last edit: 2006-12-20 23:45:08 |

In front of an English location pretending to be an American airport, anything is possible. |

Yes, you have to remember a lot of films don't actually film scenes on location where they are meant to be set. I mean what's the point of sending a production all the way across the Altantic to film one little scene outside an airport? |

They just had to send one guy and a camera |

I googled "Milwaukee International Airport". It doesn't look like that. http://www.mitchellairport.com/Pictures/page_01.htm |

Yes, but most British cinemagoers aren't going to know that. |

Nope |

There's a bit more to it than that! |

In Bridget Jones's Diary (which shares some personnel with this film) also features a mocked-up American airport. |

Yes, the character who in the film went to the US was named Colin Frissell portrayed by Kris Marshall. In the film, Colin is unable to pick up any women in the UK, so he went to the US, believing that his "Britishness" would allow him to attract American women and in the film when he arrived in Milwaukee, Colin is able to pick up four American women, Stacy (Ivana Miličević), Jeannie (January Jones), Carole-Ann (Elisha Cuthbert) and Harriet (Shannon Elizabeth) who instantly falls for Colin's Estuary English accent which is a regional dialect native to the areas in England's southeast, including London. At the end of the film, Colin returns to Britain with Harriet who in turns brings her sister, Carla (portrayed by Denise Richards) to meet Colin's friend, Tony, portrayed in the film by Abdul Salis. -- Last edit: 2023-12-28 14:43:16 |
