Not exactly. In California, the license plates remain with the car, not the owner. I believe this is how it's usually done in European countries. |

Depends on the countries, some link the plate to the car (FR, UK) but in others to the owner (BE, CH) -- Last edit: 2009-05-18 10:33:36 |
