I don't know what this really is. I just finished watching that movie, and that truck stood out. Real AM General HMMWV's do not have solid axle's, that truck does. I think it might be a jeep made up to look like a Humvee, but I don't know. -- Last edit: 2009-10-29 04:19:37 |

You're right. The real Humvee has seven slats in the grille while this one only has six, and the tires are narrower as well. It's also an anachronism as well, since the scenes are set in the 1970s when the Humvee wasn't even in prototype form at the time. -- Last edit: 2009-10-29 08:52:09 |
