However if one look at a random (up until 1967 filming date) Pagoda there were 19.381 230 SL's made and only a few 250 SL's. The whole 250 SL production were 5.196 making it quite rare. Also if 1967 is the filming date, apart from being a commercial for the 250 SL upgrade, it's more than likely to have been made before 1967. And as the 250 SL began being produced in December 1966 I have my doubts. I'd be surprised if this is something else than a 1964-67 230 SL [W 113.042].
