I think this model was available between 1977 and 1987. In 1987 however the new type was introduced. |

Oooh, you know your stuff DIEHARD. Just so you know...in the US, the E23 733i was introduced in 1978 (`77 for Europe). In `83 the nose changed (flatter/more rounded off, less pointy or shark-like), as did the wheels and the dashboard. In `85 the 735i came out, `86 the L7 was avail., and `87 was the final year for all US E23's. In 1987, the E32 went on sale as a early 1988 model. The car in this photo is a EURO `78-`82 E23. NOT an `83. This car has that 745i type fornt air dam. Could be a `80-`82 745i too. -- Last edit: 2006-03-23 21:57:53 |
