 This is a Bizzarini, probably a 5300 Strada.

 Proper spelling is Bizzarrini.

 VCW 071 is 1965 chassis IA3/0266, US owned. Later burned out but restored. Was owned by Carey Loftin (Hollywood producer) in late 1960s.
