Supposing though that the spare wheel support on the left front fender has always been there, it should be (based on) a 1926 10 HP Normande [B12], since the only other model with its spare wheel on that place was the Torpédo Commerciale, but that one had an all-steel body and no fille cap on the cowl. Windscreen and front fenders are not original, rear fenders and rear body are missing...
