What does the grafitti means? Aren't "Kraaker" the people, who have occupied buildings, which were owned by speculators, who let them rotten down to break them soon?` @Antoine: some years ago I've seen, that this kind of speculations was (still is?) a very big problem im Brussels. I was shocked about the amount of classic, stylish houses, which let willfully rotten, just everywhere in the town center. Mainly with the tricks to accelerate the expiration (open window on the top floors, removed roof-tiles at the edges etc. Horrible, how this historic substance was destroyed. |

Yes, kraken means to squat, to occupy an abandoned building. Gekraakt is the perfect tense (squatted, occupied) |
