It is a Daihatsu F20, known in some markets as 'Wildcat'. Daihatsu started a cooperation with Toyota in 1967. Perhaps some of the Daihatsu cars were marketed as Toyota in some countries. Perhaps Jun can say more about it. |

Oh, thank you Alexander. Daihatsh F20(Wildcat) is called 'Daihatsu Taft' in Japan. (1974-1984) 'Taft' is named from 'T'ough&'A'lmighty 'F'our-wheel 'T'ouring vehicle. Engine variation of Taft is 1000/1600 (gasoline) & 2500/2800(diesel). (Toyota Brizzard has only 2200cc diesel) |
