It is a 1969 Lincoln Continental Mark III. I own a black over black with burgundy leather interior 1969 Lincoln Continental Mark III and I could spot one from 100 yards out. I’ll grant you it could be a ‘70 or ‘71 as they are virtually identical but the hubcaps are definitely from a 1969.
