This looks like a fusion of a Vickers-Crossley AC and a Chiyoda AC. What's for sure is that they would almost certainly not be able acquire an authentic Japanese AC for the shoot, given the fact that close to none survive intact, let alone in working order as depicted above. Most definitely a M4M.
