Looks more like one made by one of the numerous 'after market' makers to me. i.e Wood and Pickett? Judging by the nudge bars and different bonnet badge. The 1100 specials all had a vinyl roof. -- Last edit: 2009-01-01 15:41:31 |

This is not 1100 Special, which came only in silver or rose metallics and had vinyl roof. Black grille is July 77 onwards but does not have tints so before Oct 80. Bumper bars were common accessory not a sign of eg Wood & Picket conversion. I suggest 1978+ Mini 1000 [ADO20] though 850 also possible. Not the same car as /vehicle.php?id=207284 as this one has sunroof. Another Mini behind, but I'm not going to try and guess that one. |
