But the white colour available in 1968 had a slight green shade (Blanc Carrre). This looks more like Blanc Stellaire (AC 097), only available in 1969, but whites are always difficult to keep apart... Supposing it's a 1969, then could be a ID 19, ID 20 or DS 21 (AFAIK only these were sold there, back then, and also the cheaper models had these hubcaps in Italy) and it would have been most probably a Belgian built car. If it is newer, then it can only be French built (production in Forest was stopped).
