I think it's a Jaguar SS100 replica. The grille looks to me too wide for a genuine SS100. I seem to remember replicas were being made as kitcars in 1975, but I can't remember by whom.

Maybe here? Suffolk Sportscar Engineering http://www.ss100.com/

I don't think so ... they've only been making them since 1990 :/ . And I don't think this is quite such a good replica as Suffolk's.

This looks like a 1975 Panther J72, SS100 replica by Panther Westwinds Ltd. (Blyfleet Weybridge, Surrey).

Well done, Mike ... you'd have thought I'd have remembered Panther from its association with Jaguar, wouldn't you? :/

Well, you did remember there was some replica around, back then ;) I expected this to be a Panther, and checked in a period (Dutch) auto catalogue. There was not much doubt when I saw those sliding windows...

Ah well, if you've access to a catalogue ... I have to rely on memory [:crazy]
