I think it's an MCW Metrobus, after surgery. This is (roughly) how it would have looked before: http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/caroline.mathews/FL7585_18Jan03.jpg -- Last edit: 2008-11-28 17:14:48 |

Are there more towns than Edinburgh, where these buses from this sightseeing-company are in use, too? In Edinburgh for sure, I'd made roundtrips with it over there. -- Last edit: 2008-11-28 20:21:29 |

Oh yes. http://www.city-sightseeing.com/index.phtml?command=our-tours Anyway, because of where the series was filmed this bus was probably from the London fleet. http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0360025/locations -- Last edit: 2008-11-28 20:28:03 |

Thanks for the links. Yes, I know, that this company is active in a plenty of other towns, too, but I'm not sure, if they are using this bus-model everywhere else, too. |

The Leyland. I should've known. Hey Steve, did you ever get my pics of the AEC Routemaster from the music video for Blur's Parklife? |

Hi Daniel, yes thanks I'm just horribly backed up with new stuff. Now I've seen more of stronghold's caps I can confirm this actually is City Sightseeing 367 (E767LBT) as seen in Agent Cody Banks 2 - I hadn't seen the fleetnumber when i made my id! Incidentally, if you go to City Sightseeing's website they quote this bus as a Volvo Olympian, but as an E-registration it's too old to be a Volvo. -- Last edit: 2008-12-01 00:37:13 |
