There's evidence to suggest this is the same WC 27 used in the TV series, albeit with a slightly different paint job on the side panels. There are identifying dents (top left rear corner, back left door panel), as well as the same angle twist to the front bumper. This ambulance also ended up in the opening sequence of Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971), with the new paint job that followed into the MASH series.
