Nailed it. Dash was also redone for '90. Flatter than previous years. You could tell the difference when you looked at it from the outside. Kid in the back has a shoulder belt. Was that new for '90 or 89? |

not sure.. was new for 1990 on the Tempo/Topaz twins but there could be a possibility that Crown Vic had it before.. |

It's competitior the Caprice got them for '89. In fact a lot of GM cars got them for '89. |
