Script on the left seems to say "Oliver", and on the right it looks like "316 S" or something like that. No clear view of either.

script is likely 1365

not a real Oliver tractor, it's a FIAT branded in US as Oliver

Quote
In 1959, Cockshutt Farm Equipment of Brantford, Ontario, began importing the Fiat 411R, and Fiat 411RG from Fiat Trattori of Modena, Italy. The 411R was Diesel-powered, and the 411RG was gasoline-powered. Keeping the original model numbers intact, Cockshutt repainted them Harvest Gold, and sold these obviously out-sourced tractors with moderate success.
White Motor Company acquired Cockshutt Farm Equipment in it's entirety in 1962. Oliver had already been absorbed by White in 1960.

Seemingly content with Cockshutt's arrangement with Fiat of Italy, White allowed the importation process to continue, and eventually integrated the resulting tractors into the Oliver lineup, as well.

Looking at it again, I concur. The "1" appears to be missing, the rest does look like "365" (the blurriness effect makes it look like there's a '1' in there, but is not).

not build in US, it was build by Fiat and just exported

Oliver/ White just distributed under their colors and dealers

today an even more common practice for tractor maker to build for others
