On dirait une Hanomag Sturm Kabriolett 4 Fenster avec carosserie Hebmüller de 1939-1940. Mais c'est de mémoire, je cherche une photo. |

It appears to be a Hanomag Sturm Cabriolet with Hebmüller body indeed. I couldn't find a reference car with a similar bonnet side panel myself, but otherwise it looks the same as the one Mike linked in.
