Good? it seemed to be in good condition so it's rather a shame they destroyed it. |

These cars have a bad reputation in Holland. Maybe not the quality, but people who drive it... |

Walter will be happy to read that (and I disagree about crappy 80s cars ) |

Mmmm. This is almost an offense. And I don't tell anything. Anyway, that is (was ) a beautiful 1987 Audi 90 2.3 E B3 (Typ 89) |

What reputation? A car for the poor, bad educated low-class? In Germany the Audi 80 had more the reputation of an old-daddy's-car. Nowadays all of them are going to the Export to Russia and Africa. Anyways: indeed, it has the reputation of one of the best made, reliable long-time-cars, at VW/Audi-garages and for "youngtimer"-car-fans either. Similar like the Mercedes 190, the Golf II, and the Volvo 240. P.S.In the 90ies, this "car-for-the-poor"-reputation had the Audi 100 Typ 43 in Germany. |

Repution of 'Sjonnie-bak', I really don't know how to translate that to English Not in the early years, but nowadays it is. Haha, look at this, I search for 'sjonniebak' and the first two hits are the Dutch Audiforum!!!! (but it has nothing to do with Audi, I know) -- Last edit: 2008-10-31 20:20:36 |

What happened to the front end? I've always liked the Audi 80/90. It was a very modern and good looking car when it came out in 1986. |
