Based on the taxi that Jo Frost uses in Supernanny when she arrives at people's houses (although I think she uses a more recent LTI TXII). She comes to try and sort Cartman out, but ends up in a psychiatric hospital eating her own excrement. In the Cesar Millan from The Dog Whisperer is the one who succeeds in disciplining Cartman. |
