Very interesting observation, StudeRich. No matter how much you think you know, there's always more to learn. I had never noticed or read about any difference in this divider post in '59-'60 wagons. I even reviewed the feature articles in my club magazines on '59 and '60 models finding no mention of this variance. At that point, I began reviewing scores of photos everywhere I could find picturing these 2-door Lark wagons and your comment is quite valid. All the '59's had a vertical, thicker, body-painted 3rd side pillar. All the '60's had a forward-slanted (at the top), thinner, chromed pillar. |
