In Canada in 1966 they had only one Town & Country model (in 6- and 9-passenger versions) with no other model name: Link to "oldcarbrochures.org"

I assume this is the car, though the roof is now painted white: https://debossgarage.com/nation/projects/1587721526

Quote My 1966 chrysler town and country station wagon. This was converted by a company in ontario into an ambulance in 1966. It was bought by a funeral home in pei [Prince Edward Island] and used from 1966 to 1971. Since then it has been across canada for a car magazine, in a "homo-erotic action thriller" and used by the trailer park boys. I bought it 3 years ago from a closed down car museum in pei.

Quote I was also able to track down a history on this ambulance. Unfortunately, I still have not found the coachbuilder as the ambulance was a one-off deal. I did however find out where it began life. It was first used by MacLean Ambulance Service in charlottown pei when new in 1966
