Evtl.ein niederländisches, die Nummernschilder fehlten. Oder der Motor wurde getauscht, das war bei Wankel-Autos nicht selten. So gab es RO 80 mit Audi 100/Porsche 924-Motoren, auch mit Alfa Romeo-Boxern. Der letzte RO 80 in Israel hatte eine Subaru 1800-Maschine.
