The Flying Millyard, one of Allen Millyard's "original, unearthly feats of engineering" with 5,000cc (says he), or 4,888cc (says Google). Mostly original, made-from-scratch parts, but something must've come from a Raleigh because that's what the plate returns.

Also in his workshop but getting no attention whatever is an 8,000cc (not a typo) V10 Viper (on the left):

a thing often mentionned about the Viper is the heat.. i wonder how bearable it can be as a motorcycle....

The Flying Millyard seems about 2014 (date of its first test run). More info here, including that its 4888cc 80bhp V-twin engine is two-ninths of a 1930s nine-cylinder Pratt & Witney Wasp radial engine, as used to power planes including the Lockheed Electra.
