Hanomag KGM-Serie, I think it's a Markant. Mobile broadcast unit, livery reveals the NDR (North German Broadcasting Corporation) as operator, who had various broadcast units coachbuilt by Herrmann Karosseriewerk of Hamburg-Wandsbek - which perfectly matches the Herrmann logo seen behind the wheelarch and the fact this was filmed in Hamburg.
