 Yes, PV 444 or PV 445 Duett. But since it is listed as Sedan it would be a PV 444.

And Duett would have 5 bars in the grill?

 Yes, PV 445 had 5-bars in the grille.

With this bumperhorn and the light colour it would be a 1953-55 Special.
