The first one looks Ford-ish. I'm thinking Lincoln.

Only trouble is, the grille on the '39 Chrysler was a lot more vertical.

Pre-WW2 Ford's were primarily Horizontal and butterfly-shaped.

I still say 1940 or 1941 Lincoln Continental Parade Car.

There never was no such thing as a 1940 or 1941 Lincoln Continental Parade Car (and Continentals have a quite different vertical grille and a one-piece flat windshield) .
It's a Chrysler alright, most probably a 1940 Imperial Parade Phaeton.

I knew Chrysler made Parade Cars such as the Imperial Phaeton, but I never knew they looked like that.
