Looks like a 3600 with that support pillar (not the longer bed of the 3800) - looks like '53 badging on the hood. On the other hand that looks like a pre-'52 doorhandle, so let's call it a '51. |

Indeed, the link shows the extra support pillar for the 3800 and also the '52+ doorhandles, so likely 1953 indeed. |
