The lack of white reverse lights on the tailgate suggests this is indeed a JDM Toyota Hilux Surf. Additionally, the 4Runners sold in Europe and Oceania seem to have additional reflectors on the rear; the Oceania-market had their reflectors on the bumper, while the European-market 4Runners had their reflectors placed in the tailgate door instead. |
