Not sure if these were sold in Turkey, but they were definitely sold in Greece, which borders Turkey. |

Black licence plate so probably Turkish. AFAIK Greek plates have always been white (some yellow). White Turkish plates began to be issued in 1963, so this may be one of the last with black plates. |
