its an ex WW2 british Austin K6..probably an ex RAF 6x6 tender, which has been civillian rebuilt as a cargo truck after sold into civillian use.....or it could just be a wartime Austin K6 cab/front end grafted onto a civillian truck chassis/cargo bed |

I think 2491tj's right: possibly a K3 or K4 with a K6 bonnet and grille, further disguised to match the Paris number plate. |
