No such thing as a Cranbrook in 1954, when the Cambridge and Cranbrook lines were renamed Plaza, Savoy and Belvedere - unless the Cranbrook nameplate was kept longer in Indonesia. The chrome fin identifies it as a Belvedere. |

Come to think of it, the Cambridge and Cranbrook nameplates lived on in Australia along with the new model names for 1954 (how unnecessarily complex is that!), but this anecdote doesn't affect subject entry. |
