The scene is one gang's HQ in a disused distillery, and part of the plot also involves the distillery museum. Apparently the distillery scenes were actually filmed at Westmeath distillery, where the real Kilbeggan whiskey is made and which has a heritage visitor centre. And a suitably liveried olde van. But these scenes look more like a derelict yard where they've found an old van and plonked it in the corner to pretend it's heritage-y. Plate is AV 2700 or similar - possibly AY and possibly some mix of 0, 6, 8, or 9 for the final 2 numbers - nothing found on check sites. If AV 27xx = 1929 Aberdeen plate, AY 27xx was Leicester 1913. |

DVLA's engine size of 1900cc remarkably close to true to that used in the 12/4 van chassis - 1861cc. |
