The radiator shell (most distinctive difference between 30-31) is 1931. The area around the Ford logo on the front is recessed, because on the 1931 this was painted body color. However, I think the car is actually 1930, since in the side view there is a split along the splash apron (i.e. the curved metal above the running board, which was unique to 1930.
