Vauxhall Cresta PB |

Sorry, think you might find this is a Vauxhall Victor FB (facelift). From the side and without good detail shown of the front grill they look very similar. However the Cresta PB had a noticeably slimmer C pillar than the Victor FB. Also not seen on the car is the chrome strip running the full length and the large "Cresta" (or even "Velox" which was the cheaper model) script over the front wheel arch. PB Cresta. Link to "www.brmmbrmm.com" The picture matches the Victor FB's wider C pillar. If so the car would be the facelift version from about 1964-5. Whet the "ears" either side of the headlights were removed and the grill made to look similar to the Cresta. |

It's a VX 4/90 with the 64+ constant thickness side strip. |

The "side-flash" is too broad at the front, too high being closer to the door handles and curved not straight. Its is likely just a light reflection of the curved body panels. It has the facelift Victor chrome trim (with 'Victor' on it), an extension of the front side-light, not found on the VX/490. ![]() ![]() |
