It's actually a really nice Tahoe, not sure if it's really worthy of 2 stars, I mean, yes, it was in a scene, albeit not for long, and, it did wreck, and rather impressively.

It fits the criteria for two stars exactly because of the reasons you stated ;)

The Tahoe gets shot multiple times and then just flips over for no effin reason. It's such stupid Hollywood bullshit that it flips over - it just has to look spectacular and whatever, fuck logic.

General Motors was like: Hey! We got our whole damn lineup of Chevrolet, Cadillac, Saturn, and others all in one movie! We are so smart for showing how robust and solid our vehicles are, breaking the finest BMW's and having supernatural beings land on an Oldsmobile Aurora! We're gonna kill off Oldsmobile soon, so why not show how much we don't care about Oldsmobie by having it being pushed by a semi truck! Hell, let's have ALL of our cars destroyed! KA-BOOM!

An suv can flip over due to a sharp turn easily. As the driver of that vehicle was shot and killed (poor guy), his corpse probably did something to cause it to turn the steering wheel abrupty. Then, inertia kicks in, the Tahoe becomes top heavy and flips. It's pretty realistic.
