I've always thought that the wheels on this vehicle appear to be from a '70s or '80s british car. Looking closely at the outermost edge of the wheel studs, the "old skool" hub-cap locking lugs are clearly visible. Cars with factory-fit steel wheels have not had this setup since around the 80s.
