The Vista was built from 1992-1998 with the cowl badge coming in 1994 for the 1995 model year. This one appears to be an early model without the cowl badge so simply a 1992-1994. Here is a government surplus that was assembled October of 1998 as a 1999. However, International did stop production somewhere in 1998.
