No, older, I'd say. For me the back lamps don't look as the big, late ones. But perhaps the pic is too blurry.

They look smaller because the (old type) bumper is placed rather low. Since m.y. 1972 the new higher placed and straighter bumpers provoke the impression that the taillights are bigger. I'd agree on 1970/71, made for USA (side markers).

Taillights, Bumper, Reflectors all indicate 70-71. But 'DynaMike's statement about '72 taillights APPEARING larger just because the bumper changed, is incorrect! Taillights were increased in size in 1970 (to ~9"), and AGAIN in 1972 (to ~13")! I've had '71 & '72 models both and can tell you this for a fact. Or, just check any parts catalog.
